Emily Einsmann is a multifaceted artist, international casting director, and mentor dedicated to empowering performers and redefining creative possibilities. With a BFA in Dance and a career spanning decades as a professional dancer, Emily has performed, choreographed, and cast for some of the industry’s most prestigious projects, including the FIFA World Cup and other large-scale productions.

Her journey through the dance world was defined through extraordinary highlights, including performing with Sting, Camila Cabello and Kelly Clarkson on the worlds most prestigious stages.

Her career also illuminated the challenges many artists face—burnout, self-abandonment, and a lack of sustainable support systems. In response, Emily founded Thrive, a mentorship program and workshop series designed to equip dancers with the tools to navigate their careers with integrity, self-worth, and empowerment. Through Thrive, Emily bridges the gap between artistry and personal development, helping performers unlock their full potential.

Emily’s creative expertise extends into production as the founder of Quest Anthem, a company poised to revolutionize live entertainment with innovative, values-driven approaches.
